How to Play Badminton : The Basic Stance in Badminton
I have this pain at my shoulder blade towards my arm whenever I play badminton.?
Now, its getting worst, esp at certain angles when I lift my arm. Pls advise what to do? I went to see doctor for massage to relieve pain but seems doesnt help much.
Keep with the badminton and take up regular water exercises / swimming.
