Is it ok not to do any excercise at all for one day ?
Its raining really hard and I was going to go for a run but think it looks too wet.. there aren't any indoor activities like swimming or badminton open near me today. Is it healthy if just for today i was to just watch tv or read or something?
That is perfectly fine!!!
And don't feel bad about it. I've been embracing the "no-exercise" thing a lot this summer, and I'm still in great shape. There is nothing wrong with having some recuperation time. Just enjoy your day off, okay? Don't get too stressed. Maybe call up some friends and see a movie? That would be fun, and at least you wouldn't be bored to tears!

Yes, I saw it and being a retired swimmer it was so exciting to watch that relay, there's nothing like it!! It's all team work and they did it GO Team USA!
