For physical conditioning, that's perfectly fine. However, make sure that you are practicing correct stroke form and grip during all that. If you get into a habit and later realize it's wrong, it will be very hard to break those habits. Verify your correct form, grip, and other badminton skills and you'll be fine

This is very true... I was one of the 21k runners together with the top 15, some "bald runners" were behind me trailing when all of a sudden I dont know which way to go. I made a couple of wrong turns when the neon green guide was out of my sight (named Rio dela cruz)as I slowly drift away from the top 5, then to the top 10 and to the top 15 then I'm lost...Poor me I think I ran about 24km with a time of 1:38 hrs.(I dont have Garmin, I was just assuming cause I never finish 21k more than 1:30).Somewhere near the end of the race, as my legs' expectation of running is just 21k, I almost cried because my left knee is locking because of a muscle strain I got from a rigorous badminton training ( I will be competing in a tournament the day after independence day) so i have to run without bending my left knee for about a kilometer I have to leap instead. There's also a time when I asked someone (I dont know if he is a marshall or not, but I think he is) "kuya d2 ba yung sa 21k?" he answered"oo yata basta lumiko ka lang jan". I almost stop and slap him dead but I have people to catch and a time to beat so I let him go. Overall the freaking race is a real freaking race this is the most unfabulous race of them all topping my now second hated race the "walk the world 2010" which up to now the organizers havent contacted me yet as they promise prizes for the top 10 and I placed number 5.GIVE ME MY FREAKING AWARD KC CONEPCION!!!Jemuel EstandarteBIB no. 396
