badminton shorts

how can i hide and get rid this burn on my leg?
i got this burn on my right leg from last summer vacation. please see these pictures:

i always have my training on badminton and we should really wear shorts, now i`m so ashamed of my legs every time we have our training.
can anyone please give me an easy solution for this? the most affordable, and please don`t include any operations or treatments coz i really can`t afford it. i`m only an high school student.
btw, i`m a filipino and i`ve also tried using cheap materials and ointments sold here such as the cebo de macho and fluocinonide cream and ointment. but it won`t work.
please help me with my problem.[:

Do you really have to be into sports to grow taller?
I'm turning 14 and 5'5"
I'm not really into basketball, maybe badminton, but that's it. I'm really getting worried 'cause 5'5" is kind'a short for my age.

Good sleeping
