WHO are the persons in-charge for the badminton?
and give some definitions...
like what is umpire or linemen...

Umpire is a person who lead a match. The umpire in badminton is the same like in other sports. The umpire sits at the edge of the net. She decide who get points and tell it through the speaker. A player have to ask the umpire permission if they want to change the shuttlecock. The umpire also can give cards (yellow and red) as a warning for the players.
Linesmen are persons who watch the line in the court. they decide whether the ball is in or out. If the shuttlecock is in the line he raise his right hand straight until chest, But if the shuttlecock is out he spread his hands. There are horizontal and vertical linesmen.
