You need high SAT scores and more leadership roles. The Polish school is interesting, though, and something that not every applicant will have. It might also be an advantage in getting you into schools that have a Slavic studies program (such as Penn, Brown, Columbia, Princeton and Harvard). I'm guessing you're in Chicago. Have you considered Northwestern or Notre Dame?

badminton shuttlecock weight My foot hurts! Is it a sprain or what?
While I was playing badminton in my PE class, I kind of stumble and hurt my right foot because I'm trying to reach the shuttlecock. I didn't hear any pop (or maybe I didn't because it's not that loud?) When I got home, every time I put some weight in my right foot while walking, it hurts. My foot is not swelling. What could it be?? Do you think it's just nothing?

try not to do it again, it really hurts the second (and subsequent) times.
I hurt my ankle when I was running for the school bus. It must have been a sight to see as I ran down the side of the road, and then twisted my ankle in a rut, and tumbled to the ground, rolling a few times yelling and screaming in pain. My ankle is not the same now, because I have re-twisted it a few times since then, years apart, because it was weaker. And a good twist can really sneak up on you, sometimes. like when you have two arms full of groceries or something. and the broken eggs run on your face as you slip and your ankle folds over again...
Lucky my bus stop was the first one, Only John the bus driver got to see that sight from his big bus mirrors.
I hobbled on over and got on the bus.
John the bus driver didnt say anything to me, but just looked at me over the tops of his glasses. as I shuffled onto the bus and drug myself to my seat.
My ankle was pretty swollen by the time we got to school though.
