my problem is,i read that if i exercise 1 muscle group once per 5 days i get powerful but smaller muscles,but if i train once per day i get bigger muscles faster,but not so powerful...so how can i make big,but yet powerful muscles fast?i don't care how hard it would be...my goal is big-powerful muscles and i'd do anything for them
